Bright and floral — the cup that converts people who think they dislike coffee.

Grown by 340 smallholders around Gedeb and dried on raised beds in the dry-season sun. We roast it light enough to keep the jasmine lift, long enough to round the acidity into stone fruit. Brilliant as a pour-over; surprisingly good as a two-minute AeroPress.
