Sumatra Ember

$20.00

250 g · whole bean or ground

Earthy, heavy-bodied and a little wild. Not for everyone, adored by some.

Wet-hulling in the Aceh humidity gives this lot its signature savoury depth — cedar and tobacco with a bitter-orange edge. Syrupy body, almost no acidity. Brew it strong in a press and drink it black on a cold morning.
